Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and any outstanding payments become immediately due.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Changchun City, Jilin Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
